妊娠饮食习惯与婴儿湿疹的关系及护理干预对策的研究

Study on the relationship between pregnancy diet and infantile eczema and nursing intervention strategies

目的通过护理干预探讨分析孕妇妊娠期的饮食习惯与婴儿湿疹发生间关系。方法选取2011年2月至2013年2月我院产科就诊的孕妇200例,随机分为观察组(86例)和对照组(114例),观察组通过实施护理干预减少其饮食中大分子食物的摄入,对照组则保持原习惯不变,比较两组的婴儿湿疹发生率、脐带血清及婴儿血清中的tIgE、ECP水平并分析喂养方式与湿疹发生间的关系。结果观察组婴儿湿疹发生率为27.9%,对照组为53.5%,对照组高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组脐带血清及婴儿血清中的tIgE、ECP水平均明显高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同喂养方式的婴儿中湿疹的发病率组间相比并无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论孕妇妊娠期过多摄入大分子食物是导致婴儿出生后发生湿疹的重要原因之一,喂养方式的不同与婴儿湿疹的发生间无明显关联。

Objective To explore pregnant women diet and infantile eczema relations by nursing intervention. Methods 200 cases of pregnant women were selected from February 2011 to February 2013 in our hospital , and were randomly divided into observation group （86 cases） and control group （114 cases）, the observation group patients were reduce the intake of food in the diet of large molecules through the implementation of nursing intervention, while the control group maintained the original habits unchanged, compared with infant eczema rate of two groups , cord serum and tIgE, ECP levels in serum, and analyzed the relationship between feeding and eczema. Results Infantile eczema occurrence rate was 27.9% of the observation group , while 53.5% of the control group, the control group was higher than that of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; infants umbilical cord serum and serum tIgE, ECP levels of control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）, had no significant difference compared incidence group eczema in infants of different feeding ways between （P 〉 O. 05）. The incidence of eczema in infants by different feeding methods, there was no significant difference compare between the groups （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions Pregnancy excessive intake high molecular food is one of the important causes of infants with eczema after birth, there is no significant correlation between the different ways of feeding and infant eczema occurs.
