长者为师 以官为师 职业教师——我国教师职业产生的过程

摘要 我国教师职业的产生有一个萌芽、发育和成熟的过程 ,这一过程由长者为师、以官为师和职业教师三个阶段构成。职业教师诞生于官学和私学这两种学校教育机关之中 ,这一历史根源使得中国教师队伍建设具有不同于西方的特色。 There is a process of seed, development and maturity in the teacher occupation emergence. The process has three stges:regard the old as teacher, regard the officer as teacher,and professional teacher. Professional teacher was born in the two kinds of school education constructions which are called government school and privacy school. The historical kinds of origin made the Chinese teachers have special characteristics which are different to the western.
