继续教育实践中存在的问题及对策研究

开展中学教师的继续教育是一项复杂的工作。根据基础教育的改革、发展及实施素质教育的要求 ,迫切需要提高教师素质。 99年 7月在我市开展的中学教师全员性培训 ,迈开了继续教育试点工作的第一步。本文对继续教育实践中存在的问题及对策进行了研究。

It is very complicated work to develop the continuous education for teachers in middle school.According to the reform and development on basic education,also the command of carrying out quality education,it is an urgent need to improve teachers qualities.We have begen to train the teachers in an all round way from July,1999 and it has made the first step to the experimental unit of continuous education.The essay points out the problems in the practice and the way to deal with the certain situations.
