摘要
本文首先探讨了旅游网站翻译的理论框架,其次研究了与海南岛相同纬度且旅游业发达的夏威夷群岛英文旅游网站的文本特点,并以此为基础来研究海南岛旅游网站英译。研究结果表明:在海南岛旅游网站英译过程中,不仅要对语言组件进行编译,有必要时也可对非语言组件进行调整和改变。
This article discusses the theoretical framework of tourism website translation, and then studies the characteristics of Hawaiian Islands, with advanced tourism industry as well as the same latitude with Hainan Island, tourism website in English, which is as a basis to study the C-E translation of Hainan tourism website. The result shows that not only the verbal components need to be translated and edited, the non-verbal components, if necessary, also need to be adjusted and changed in the process of translation.
