摘要
目前对于在实际施工过程中高面板堆石坝出现的面板脱空现象的影响因素仍缺乏较全面的研究.以云南某高面板堆石坝为例,给出了影响面板脱空问题的3种因素,同时对这3种因素进行了详细的三维非线性有限元计算分析.计算结果表明,通过增加已填筑坝体超高、延长坝体预留沉降时间、坝体临时断面充水预压等措施可以在一定程度上防止或减小面板脱空现象.同时结合实际工程对如何防止或减小面板脱空提出了一些建议.
At present,there is often separation between concrete slab and cushion layer in construction of a high concrete face rockfill dam (CFRD) and it still lacks of comprehensive study about the factors that influ- ence the separation between concrete slab and cushion layer. That is studied in this paper based on a high CFRD in Yunnan province, China by using three-dimensional nonlinear finite element simulation. It is thought that three main factors, i. e. elevation difference between the dam body and the slab, settlement time of the dam, rockfill preloading by the impounding, are most important in controlling the separation between concrete slab and cushion layer. The results show that the controlling elevation difference between the dam body and the slab, extending settlement time of the dam, rockfill preloading by the impounding to some ex- tent, can prevent or reduce the phenomenon of the separation between concrete slab and cushion layer. Simul- taneously, some proposals about how to control these factors in the practical project are suggested.
