摘要
配合比参数是影响浇注式沥青混凝土性能的重要指标,配合比参数一般指沥青含量、级配指数和填料含量等.采用灰色优势法,分析配合比参数对浇注式沥青混凝土抗渗性和稳定性影响,通过计算灰色关联度确定最优参数和最优影响因子.结果表明,浇注式沥青混凝土质量控制最优参数为孔隙率,稳定度和流值次之,最优相关因素为级配指数,填料含量及沥青含量次之.在浇注式沥青混凝土质量控制中,应优先考虑孔隙率和级配指数.研究结果为浇注式沥青混凝土质量控制提供参考.
Mix proportion parameters are important indicators affecting the performance of guss asphalt con- crete. Mix proportion parameters generally refer to the asphalt content, grading index and filler content etc. With gray superiority analysis method, the effects of parameters on the guss asphalt concrete impermeability and stability are studied; by calculating the gray relational grade, the optimal parameters and the most influ- ential factors are determined. The results show that, the optimal parameters of guss asphalt concrete quality control are porosity, stability and flow values which taken second place. The optimal relevant factors are grading index, filler content and asphalt content; the latter two take second place. So the guss asphalt con- crete quality control, priority should be given porosity and grading index. The research results provide refer- ence for guss asphalt concrete quality control.
