腹腔镜下与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的疗效对比

Compare the clinical efficacy between the laparoscopic and open myomectomy surgery

目的比较腹腔镜与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法将入选的90例患者随机分为腹腔镜组(A组)与开腹治疗组(B组),然后将两组患者手术时间、肛门排气时间、出血量及手术前后的生活质量评分进行比较。结果 A组手术时间≤60分钟、肛门排气时间≤24小时及出血量≤100ml者比例均高于B组,术后1周的生活质量评分均高于B组,P均<0.05,两组间均有显著性差异。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术,具有创伤轻微、恢复时间短及出血量少等优点,有助于患者术后生存质量的尽早改善,因此值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between the laparoscopic and open myomectomy. Methods 90 patients were ran- domly divided into laparoscopy group （group A） and laparotomy group （group B）, then the operation time,anal exsufflation time,blood loss and life quality score before and after the operation of two groups were analyzed. Results The rates of operation time ≤ 60min,anal exsuffiation time ≤ 24h and blood loss ≤ 100ml in group A were all higher than those in group B, and the life quality score at first week after the operation in group A was higher than in group B, there were all significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic myomectomy has the advantages of？. less trau- ma, faster recovery and less bleeding, and it is benefit for the faster improvement of postoperative life quality.
