摘要
采用气泡式准乳化液膜法,研究了不同条件下对-叔丁基杯[4]芳烃对三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的传输影响,并对其传输规律及传输机理作了初步探讨。
The liquid membrane transport of Adenosine-5'-triphosphoric acid (ATP) with P-tert-butylcalix[4] arene as the carrier was investigated by means of a bubbling pseudo-emulsion liquid membrane system. The results show that P-tert-butylcalix[4]arene has the function of transporting ATP and this transport is coupled with a flow of NH3 molecular in the opposite direction, the driving force of the transport is the gradient of the NH3 concentration between the source and receiving phases.
