峨眉山一把伞南星抗大肠杆菌内生细菌菌株筛选 被引量:1

Screening of Entophytic Bacteria Antagonistic Against Escherichia Coli Isolated from Arisaema Erubescens in Mountain Emei

摘要 从峨眉山采集健康的一把伞南星(Arisaema erubescens(Wall)Schott)植株,采用稀释涂布平板法从植物的组织液中分离内生细菌,采用牛津杯法筛选对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)有拮抗作用的抗性菌株。研究结果表明,从一把伞南星中分离得到内生细菌23株,经过初筛和复筛共得到2株对大肠杆菌有较强抑菌活性的内生细菌:YC06、YC09,这两个菌株的发酵产物对大肠杆菌也有抑菌作用,抑菌圈直径均在13.0 mm以上。 Endophytic bacteria were isolated from tissue of Healthy Arisaema erubescens (Wall) Schott plants collected from Mountain Emei by dilution spread plate method. Strains antagonistic against Escherichia coli were screened by Oxford Cup screening method. The results shows that 23 strains are isolated from A. erubescens, 2 strains (YC06, YC09) exhibits significant inhibitory activity against E. coli in primary and secondary screening. Ferment broth of 2 strains also has inhibitory activity against E. coli, inhibition zone diameter is 13.0 mm or more.
