摘要
国内外学术界对非正式学习行为的研究,主要从社区教育、企业培训和学校教育三大领域进行宏观把握,其研究内容主要集中于非正式学习的内涵、理论基础、价值和应用四个方面。尽管国内研究取得了不少成果,但与国外研究相比,仍存在高质量的研究文献为数不多、研究内容与群体过于狭窄、研究方法理论探讨居多而实证研究较少及研究对策系统性和针对性的研究成果并不多四个方面的不足。
The research of domestic and foreign academia on Informal Learning, was mainly from the three major areas of community education, corporate training and schooling. Its contents mainly focused on four areas: connotation, theoretical foundation, value and application. Although a lot of study were conducted, domestic research were still deficient in four areas compared with foreign research: little of the good literature, the narrow content and groups of the research, little empirical research in the method of the study, and less systematic and targeted research.
