休闲体育专业毕业生就业现状调查研究

A Study of the Employment Status of Leisure Sports Major Undergraduates

文章采用文献资料、专家访谈、比较分析等方法,对高校休闲体育专业毕业生就业现状进行统计分析,结果显示:目前休闲体育专业学生就业专业相关度较低,人才培养与市场结合不紧密,学生改行易业现象普遍。针对现状提出了以市场需求为导向,明确培养目标;以职业能力培养为核心,合理构建课程体系;以加强校企合作为契机,构建实习就业一条龙服务;以就业指导为重点,不断拓展就业渠道的建议供高校参考。

Using the method of literature, interviews and comparative analysis, this paper analyzed the current situation of employment of leisure sports professional graduates, the results show that： the leisure sports professional students employment related degree is low, personnel training and market combination does not close, students changing jobs is widespread. In view of the present situation of the market demand-oriented, training objectives should be clear; to cultivate the occupation ability, reasonable curriculum system should be established;to strengthen the school enterprise cooperation, integration platform to practice and employment should be constructed; focusing on employment guidance, expanding employment channels should be considered by colleges and universities.
