摘要 在对我校体育教育专业中现行的健美操理论教学与实践课程开设的现状以及健美操专业人才的社会需求分析的基础上,对该课程进行优化改革,包括培养适应社会需求的技能应用性人才的新课程目标的确定、课程内容的全新科学构建、实践教学环节的重大调整以及将课程考核改革为以综合技能评价为主等方面。为提升我校体育教育专业健美操培养质量,同时也为师范院校提高健美操理论教学与实践课程教学效果,培养适应社会需要的健美操专业人才提供理论参考。 Based on the status quo of theory and tea ching practice of aerobics course in our college’s physical education and analysis of the social demand for aerobics professionals, this paper aims to optimize the course reform, including significant adjustments to new curriculum goals to train skilled talents to meet the social needs, scientific reconstruction of the course content, significant adjustments to practice teaching and reform of evaluation mainly based on integrated skills etc. It not only is expected to elevate our college’s aerobics training quality, but also improves the effects of teaching theory and practical teaching of aerobics in the normal colleges and universities, and provide theoretical reference to train aerobics professionals who can adapt to the social needs.
