摘要
在科学调研的基础上,对"南京创业人才321计划"推行两年多来的具体实施效果进行了跟踪式研究,根据调查研究掌握的资料情况分析,认为321计划对南京科技经济的发展已经产生了积极作用,由现状看未来发展态势,321计划还将对南京未来经济发展持续发挥重要作用并产生深远的影响。
This paper,on the basis of comprehensive surveys,carries out a tracking study of estimating the actual effect of implementing the Program 321 for 2 years. According to the research data,the Program 321 has already had some great and positive impacts on the de-velopment of Nanjing economy. In the future,the Program 321 is sure to play much more important role and have far-reaching impact on the future development of Nanjing economy.
