摘要
GTM-AS型剑杆织机是比利时PICANOL公司生产的一种高档剑杆织机,对其传剑机构工作过程作了简单介绍,在此基础上运用运动学原理系统分析了其主要组成结构如空间万向联轴节、曲柄摇杆机构及放大机构的工作原理,从而得出传剑机构的运动规律,由此表明空间万向联轴节的合理使用对改善传剑运动规律及方便工艺调节起到关键作用。
GTM-AS rapier loom is an advanced model manufactured by PICANOL of Belgium. Based on a brief introduction to the working process of rapier transmitting system ,the paper applies kinematic principles to analyze systematically the working mechanism of its main components such as the space universal coupling and the rocker and the amplifier of the crank. The law of motion of the rapier concluded shows that a proper use of the space universal coupling plays a key role in improving the motion of the rapier and adjusting the working process.
