Industrial Orientation and Layout of Nantong Tongzhou Bay under New Situations

欧债危机、美国财政危机和经济的结构性减速将对通州湾的开发产生重要影响,通州湾的产业发展必须瞄准第三次工业革命先导产业,坚持两化并重、双轮驱动、港产城一体的发展方针,以临港产业为先导,重点发展新材料、生物医药高端装备制造、新一代信息技术和生态休闲农业,努力实现产业集聚。

The development of Tongzhou Bay of Nantong is greatly influenced by the European debt crisis, American financial crisis and structural economic slowdown. Therefore its industrial development must focus on the forerunner industries in the third industrial revolution, adhering to the policies of equal emphasis, two- wheel drive and an integrative development of the Port, industries and the City. Priorities must be given to the development of coastal industries,with new materials,advanced bio-medicine equipment manufacturing,new generation of information technology and ecological leisure agriculture as the focus, and efforts must be made to realize industrial agglomeration.
