对高职生法律思维能力培养的思考——以江苏工程职业技术学院为例

摘要 从社会、学校和高职生个人角度探讨了高职生法律思维能力培养的必要性和重要性,分析了高职生法律思维能力欠缺的三点表现,剖析了高职院校法律教育在教学模式、教学内容与学时、评价方式等方面的不足,提出法律思维能力培养可从教学内容、教学手段、评价标准、文化环境几方面着手。 The importance and necessity to cultivate the legal thinking ability of higher vocational college students is expounded from the perspectives of the society, colleges and the college students. Concrete manifestations of students' lack of legal thinking ability are reviewed, and the colleges' deficiency in legal education in terms of teaching mode, teaching materials, teaching periods and evaluation methods are analyzed. Corresponding measures to cultivate the college students' legal thinking ability are then proposed from the angles of teaching content, teaching methods, evaluation standards and cultural environment.
