摘要
就植物对病原的防御反应，植物-病原互作模式和植物抗病性的遗传基础进行了概述。报告了病原无毒基因和植物抗病基因克隆；植物抗病分子机制的研究进展。
Plant defense responses against pathogens, plant-pathogen interaction model and genetic basis of plant disease resistance were summarized. Recent advances in cloning of avirulent genes in pathogens and resistant genes in plants, together with molecular mechanism of plant disease resistance, were reviewed.
