住院老年痴呆患者医院感染情况调查

Investigation of hospital infections for inpatients with senile dementia

目的:了解老年痴呆患者住院期间发生医院感染情况,以便采取相应的防治措施,降低医院感染率。方法:对81名老年痴呆患者发生的院内感染情况进行了回顾性调查分析。结果:81例中发生医院感染61例,占75.31%。感染部位依次为:呼吸系62人次,占29.81%;消化系50人次,占24.03%;皮肤感染48人次,占23.08%;泌尿系25人次,占12.02%;其他23人次,占11.06%。结论:老年痴呆患者医院感染的发生率随着年龄增长而升高,故对这些患者更应加强责任心,做好基础护理,注意营养,加强锻炼,积极治疗原发病和并发症,切实降低医院感染的发生。

Objective：To investigate hospital infection situation for inpatients with senile dementia,in order to adopt the corresponding measures and reduce hospital infection rate.Methods：The retrospective investigation of the hospital infections was carried out in 81 inpatients with senile dementia.Results：61 patients suffered from the hospital infections among 81 inpatients with senile dementia,accounting for 75.31%,and the infected parts were：respiratory system 62 cases（29.8%）,digestive system 50 cases（24.03%,skin infections 48 cases（23.08%）,urinary system 25 cases（12.02%）,and others 23 cases（11.06%）.Conclusions：The hospital infection incidence of the inpatients with senile dementia increases with growth of age,so it should strengthen the sense of responsibility for these patients,do basic nursing and exercise best,pay attention to their nutrition,treat the primary diseases and complication,and reduce the occurrence of hospital infection.
