摘要
本文从易流态散装固体的特性分析出发,研究了易流态散装固体货物在货仓内横向移动及自由液面与船舶稳性的关系,从船舶本身、海事监管及人员素质三方面提出安全监管的几点建议,对海事运输安全具有一定的参考价值。
Through analyzing solid bulk＇s features, this paper mainly deals with the lateral movement of solid bulk cargoes in the cabin as well as the relation between free surface and vessels＇ stability. It puts forward several suggestions on safety supervision from aspects of vessels, maritime management and personnel quality,which is of great value to maritime transportation security.
