旅游专业加强心理素质培养的探索

随着旅游业的发展，对从业人员素质的要求也越来越高。所以旅游专业不仅应注重知识、技能的培养，还应加强学生心理素质的培养。本文试从知、情、意等方面对学生的心理素质的培养作一些探讨。

With the development of tourism, the requirements of tourism-engaged people are becoming more and more demanding. Thus, tourism stresses not only on the cultivation of the student's knowledge and skills, but also on the cultivation of their psychological competence. This thesis makes a tentative study of the cultivation of the psychological competence of the tourism in the view of cognition, emotion and volition.
