摘要
为了对基坑降水引起的相邻建筑物直接经济损失进行预测,引用既有地面沉降梯度及建筑物经济损失计算模式,基于Visual Basic开发了对应软件,可以根据基坑形状、岩土工程参数和水文地质参数、相邻建筑物状态等确定基坑周边水位降深分布、地面沉降、沉降梯度、建筑物损失百分比等,并最终确定降水引起的周边建筑物直接损失。结合工程实例验证了软件的适用性。
In order to assess the direct loss of adjacent buildings in the excavation dewatering stage, the pub-lished algorithm on ground settlement and settlement gradient are used. On the platform of Visual Basic, soft-ware is developed based on the shape of excavation, geological and hydraulic parameters, building dimensions and so on. The ground water distribution, ground settlement, settlement gradient, and building loss percent-age value can be determined by the software. The validity of the software is checked by practical projects.
