河南电子信息产业基地建设问题研究

电子信息产业已经和工业达到了高度的融合,要推进工业化,建设电子信息产业基地就势在必行。河南电子信息产业发展起步较晚,企业规模小,在建设电子信息产业基地过程中必须选择适合河南发展的产业,做强做大电子信息产业。在建设电子信息产业基地过程中要不断深化企业改革,发挥政府服务职能,重视人才培养,加强与大型企业间的合作和交流,加快河南电子信息产业基地建设。

The electronic information industry has reached a high level of industrial integration. It is impera-tive to promote industrialization, construction and electronic information industry base. The electronic informa-tion industry develops slowly and the enterprises are small-scale in Henan province, and proper industry must be selected for development of information industry in the construction process in Henan province so as to pro-mote the electronic information industry to become bigger and stronger. Much attention must be paid to contin-ue to deepen the reform of enterprises, to play government＇s service functions, to focus on personnel training, to strengthen cooperation and exchanges with large companies in order to accelerate the construction of elec-tronic information industry base.
