摘要
为改变电磁离合器性能试验依靠"手动、眼看、笔记"的传统方法,提高试验精度,运用计算机控制技术、虚拟仪器技术及相关设备,设计了汽车空调压缩机用电磁离合器动态特性试验台.阐述了试验台的总体结构,从硬件和软件两个方面介绍试验台计算机测控系统的工作原理.设计系统可以在不同转速谱、不同载荷谱、不同离合频率谱下测试电磁离合器的动态特性,对试验过程中电磁离合器的性能参数进行采集、显示、存储和分析.通过试验证明,试验台系统性能工作稳定、运行性能良好,满足相关标准的要求.
All the conventional electromagnetic clutch tests possess the common characteristics of hanfling,seeing,and taking notes.In this paper,a new test system is introduced based on computer control technology,virtual instrument technology and its related equipments are designed for the test of the electromagnetic clutch used in the compressor of an automotive air-conditioner.The system architecture and the system design from the aspects of hardware and software are elaborated in this paper.With this test system,the electromagnetic clutch durability and vibration resistance test can be performed at different rotation speeds,variable torque and frequent clutch environment.In fact,the test system is stable,running with good performance and met the requirement of the relevant standards.
