基础教育是科教兴国战略的重要基础,本课题通过对基础教育英语课程改革的反思,找出其主要问题,并提出了一些合理化建议,以帮助促进教师专业化发展和教育教学水平,真正实现"全面推进素质教育"的目标和"为了每位学生的发展"的教育理论。

The fundamental education is the important base of the strategy of developing the country through science and education.The present research focuses on the reflection on main problems in English curriculum reformation of fundamental education,and tries to provide some reasonable proposals,helping improving English teachers＇ professional development and their English teaching,in order to truly realize the goal of ＂promoting the quality education in full scale＂and the educational theory of ＂for the development of each child＂.
