强化法在培智学校课堂应用状况研究

The Application of Reinforcement Method in Peizhi School

本文运用观察法、访谈法,探讨强化法在培智学校课堂应用状况,具体包括强化法在课堂中的总体应用效果、强化法在教学环节使用状况、强化法对培智学校学生课堂行为规范状况、强化物在培智学校使用状况四个方面。以有效增加正强化的使用频率;重视各教学环节的及时强化;教师应根据学生和课堂具体情况灵活应用强化法;综合运用多种强化物。

By using observation and interview,this paper discusses reinforcement＇ s application in Peizhi school,includes four parts ：overall effect of reinforcement in class,the use of reinforcement in the process of teaching,reinforcement＇s code of conduct and the use of reinforcers.We should effectively increase the rate of positive reinforcement and pay more attention to timely reinforcement.Teachers should flexibly apply reinforcement and comprehensively use many reinforcers according to students＇ actual circus.
