本文在现有中外合作办学文献和案例的基础上,以上海为例,通过分析对比,从中外高等教育合作办学模式的选择看办学效益提高的途径和方法,寻找符合我国国情的合作办学模式,有助于更好地引进外国优质教育资源,提高中外合作办学效益,促进高等教育合作办学的健康发展。

The Chinese and foreign higher education cooperation in running schools is a good way to improve the quality of education.Based on relevant literature and taking Shanghai as an example,this paper,through analysis and comparison,attempts to seek an efficient model that suits China and will promote the healthy development of higher education by introducing foreign countries＇ high-quality educational resources.
