摘要
某客专特大桥预应力连续箱梁0#块的现浇托架方案设计采用三角形托架。由纵、横向分配梁、三角形桁架及水平连接系(桁架)组成。对三角形托架进行强度、刚度及稳定性的检算结果表明,支架力学性能符合规范要求。为今后类似条件的临时支架方案设计提供参考。
The scheme design of triangular bracket for 0 # block of cast-in-situ prestressed continuous box beam of a super-large bridge adopts the triangular bracket structure, which is composed of lengthways distributive beam, crosswise distributive beam, triangular truss and horizontal connection system. The strength, stiffness and stability checking computation results of the triangular bracket shows that its mechanical properties conform to the specification requirement, which provides references for similar bracket scheme design of temporary structure in construction in future.
