混凝土中石灰爆裂原因与防治措施的研究

On the Lime Crack in Concrete and Prevention Measures

通过X-ray、SEM等分析手段研究发生在硬化初期的混凝土爆裂原因,认为爆裂的产生是由于混凝土粗骨料中夹杂的部分过火石灰颗粒所致,中心点的黄色异物为生石灰块水化产物。分析混凝土石灰爆裂带来的危害并提出预防和拯救措施。

The reason of concrete crack was studied by methods of X-ray and SEM. The crack was caused by the CaO in the coarse aggregate. The yellow lump at the center is caustic lime hydration products. The harm of concrete lime burst is analyzed and the measure of prevention and rescue are also proposed.
