摘要 提出一种基于再生制动系统与ABS系统的集成控制方式,将汽车的再生制动融入到ABS制动防抱死系统中。在非紧急制动的过程中,优先采用再生制动力来提供汽车所需的制动力;而在紧急制动时,为了保障制动安全,撤出再生制动力。在Simulink中搭建仿真模型,并选择中低附着系数路面中度制动车轮抱死工况和对接路面中度制动两种工况进行模拟,仿真结果表明,该控制策略既可以保证制动安全,又可以回收制动能量,实现了再生制动系统与ABS制动系统良好匹配。 An integrated control way of Regenerative Braking System and ABS system is proposed,and Regenerative Braking System is integrated into ABS system. In the process of non-emergency braking, priority is given to the use of regenerative braking force to provide braking force required by car; and in emergency braking, in order to ensure safety, the regenerative braking force is withdrawn. The simulation model is built in Simulink, and two kinds of working conditions are selected to simulate: one is the low adhesion coefficient road, moderate braking wheel lock condition, the other is docking road moderate braking. The simulation results show that this control strategy can not only guarantee the braking safety, but also recycle the braking energy, and achieve the good matching of Regenerative Braking System and ABS system.
