摘要
开发研究的"蘑菇头"气缸套通过在缸套表面形成"蘑菇头",加大铝液与缸套外表面的接触面积来解决铸铁气缸套与铝缸体紧密结合的难题,进行了气动喷洒系统的改进设计,从而在气缸套表面得到了稳定均匀的"蘑菇头",为缸套的铸造生产提供了指导和借鉴作用。
By forming "mushroom" in the surface of cylinder liner that we studied, the contact surface area between outside cylinder liner and liquid aluminum is increased, the problem in the combination of cast iron cylinder liner with aluminum cylinder is solved. The pneumatic spray system in the process of improving design is conducted, which gets stable and even "mushroom" in the cylinder liner surface. This improving research provides a guidance and reference for automobile cylinder casting production.
