摘要
对我国农业装备产品生产现状进行了论述,在新形势下,我国常用农业装备选材及热处理存在的主要问题是选材及热处理不规范,监管不到位,行业标准低,农机配件标准化及热处理质量难以保证,新技术较难推广等,并对问题产生的原因及采取的措施进行了初步探讨。
The present status of Chinese agricultural machinery and equipment is discussed. It is concluded that the main problems of materials design and heat treatment in Chinese agricultural machinery field are listed as following： irregular materials design and heat treatment; insufficient supervision; low industry standard; defective quality of heat treatment; popularization difficulty of new technique and so on. Furthermore, the reasons of these problems and problem-solving are also discussed.
