一种添加纳米金刚石悬浮液汽车经济性试验研究

摘要 润滑油添加剂有助于保护金属表面,提高发动机的抗磨性,也可以提升发动机动力性。本文研究一种基于纳米级金刚石悬浮液添加条件下的发动机性能测试,参考发动机动力性、经济性以及排放指标的变化进行技术分析。通过AVL底盘测功机以及尾气分析仪分析车辆添加悬浮液技术数据变化,提供应用结论。目前国内没有针对不同添加剂性能测试试验分析标准,针对目前汽车后市场车用添加剂的选择,依据中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T12545.1-2008--汽车燃料消耗量试验方法搭建测试平台,为同类产品应用提供可执行测试方案,综合分析汽车运行性能。 Lubricant additive contributes to protect metal surface and prevents engines from wearing in order to promote kinetic energy of engines. This paper is about engine property test under the condition of adding diamond suspending liquid based on nanometer degree. Thus, technique analysis can be processed by consulting engine property and change of economy and emission index. The conclusion can be gotten by analyzing data variety of vehicles added suspending liquid using AVL chassis dynamometer and exhaust analyzer. At present, there is not a national standard of different additives property test analysis.Therefore, this paper aims to choose vehicle additives in rear automobile market to offer feasible test process to generally analyze automobile running property according to state standard of PRC GB / T12545.1-2008, i.e. the test platform built in terms of vehicle fuel consumption testing method.
