摘要 利用NUMECA软件对带分流叶片和不带分流叶片的两类压气机进行数值模拟,分析了分流叶片对流场分布、工作效率以及其他工作参数的影响。研究结果表明,分流叶片的存在很好地提升了离心压气机的工作效率和工作背压,并对相对马赫数的分布有积极影响;带分流叶片的离心式压气机的流场更加稳定,流线分布平稳。 Compressors with splitter blades and without splitter blades were numerically simulated by NUMECA. The effect of splitter blades on the convection field distribution, the efficiency and other operating parameters was analyzed. The result showed that the existence of splitter blades had enhanced the work efficiency and backpressure of centrifugal compressor, and had a positive impact on the relative Mach number distribution. Centrifugal compressor with splitter blades had a more stable flow field and stationary streamlined distribution.
