摘要
研究了行人保护成人头型冲击器的开发,建立了其几何模型和有限元模型,并按照《汽车对行人的碰撞保护GB/T 24550-2009》进行了模型的标定试验验证。通过在LS-DYNA中仿真成人头型碰撞发动机罩外板,分析了在不同发动机罩外板厚度条件下,头部HIC值及头部碰撞节点位移量的变化情况,为发动机罩外板的实际设计提供了一定的参考依据。
A pedestrian protection adult headform impactor was developed. The impactor geometric model was built by CATIA,and the finite element model was built by Hypermesh. Then, in accordance with GB / T 24550-2009, the impactor model was demarcated and tested. By simulation of adult headform impactor, impacting engine bonnet under the conditions of different thickness of vehicle bonnet outer panel were analyzed, the changes of HIC and collision node displacement were focused on,and the result provides reference for design of vehicle bonnet.
