摘要
文章主要探讨了我国高职经贸类专业文化建设的问题,阐述了高职经贸类专业文化的含义,构建了新的专业文化构成要素分析框架,分析归纳出优秀的外贸人员所具有的文化特质,并在新的分析框架下总结了高职经贸类专业文化建设的具体路径。
This paper mainly discusses problems in the culture construction of commercial majors in higher vocational colleges in China. Major culture of commercial majors of higher vocational colleges is explained. A new analyzing frame of major culture constituents is set up. Cultural features that an excellent business professional should have are summarized as well. What's more,based on the new analyzing frame,paths of culture construction are also suggested in this paper.
