基因多态性与肠易激综合征关系的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种常见的功能性肠道疾病,临床表现以腹部不适、大便习惯及性状改变为主,伴有排便后腹部症状缓解。IBS的发病机制还未完全明确,已有多项研究表明基因多态性与其相关,近来也是该疾病研究的热点之一。此文就IBS发病相关的基因多态性研究进展,尤其是心理因素类基因多态性进行综述。
