摘要
苏里格气田特有的低渗、低压、低丰度等地质储层特性,使得压裂改造成为区块建产开发的必要手段。水平井压裂改造技术是当前国内外研究的热点和难点之一,现场应用证明,水平井压裂工艺技术的研究与应用为实现低成本开发、提高单井产量、保证持续稳产的更高目标提供了更好的技术支持。目前,苏里格气田自营区采用裸眼封隔器多级分段压裂技术进行改造井已达到90余口,取得了较好的增产效果,其开发投产气产量是普通直井的3~5倍,表明水平井裸眼封隔器多级压裂技术已应用成熟。
The unique geological reservoir characteristics of Sulige gas field are low permeability,low pressure and low abundance,and that makes fracturing being a necessary means to construct and develop the blocks.The fracturing technology of horizontal wells is one of the hot and difficult researches in domestic and international.The field applications prove that the research and application of fracturing technology of horizontal wells provide better technical support to realize low-cost development,improving single well yield and ensuring sustained and stable yield.Currently,the openhole packer multistage fracturing technology hastransformed more than 90 wells in Sulige gas field self district,and achieved good result for improving yield.The gas yield of those wells is 3~5 times more than that of ordinary straight wells, indicating the openhole packer multistage fracturing technology of horizontal wells has been applied to mature.
