摘要
高压直流输电系统对整个系统电网安全稳定运行起着至关重要的作用。总结了从2009至2011年南方电网公司各直流系统在可靠性指标方面的完成情况,在传统核心评价指标的基础上,详细分析影响计划能量不可用率和强迫能量不可用率的各种因素及贡献,并提出相应的改善措施和建议。
The HVDC power transmission system plays a crucial role in safety of the whole power grid. Summarizing the actual reliability indices of the HVDC power transmission systems in China Southern Power Grid（ CSG） during 2009 to 2011,and based on the traditional reliability indices,this paper analyzes the various factors that impact the indices of scheduled energy unavailability and forced energy unavailability and their contribution,and furthermore puts forward some corresponding improvement measures and recommendations.
