Study on the Assets Lifecycle Management of China Southern Power Grid

实施资产全生命周期管理有利于提高企业管控能力、提升经营水平和实现发展战略。在充分借鉴目前国际通用的PAS55资产管理规范理念及国内外先进企业经验的基础上,考虑南方电网公司发展阶段及自身特点,提出了南方电网资产全生命周期管理体系的思路及框架,包括各阶段的实施目标及步骤,为南方电网公司资产全生命周期管理实施奠定了基础。

To implement the assets lifecycle management is beneficial to improving company management control ability,promoting management level and achieving long-term development strategy. Based on the assets management specification of PAS55,which is a general specification worldwide,and the advanced business experiences in China,and taking full account of the development stage of China Southern Power Grid（ CSG） and its own characteristics,this paper proposes the ideas and frameworks of the CSG assets lifecycle management system,including the objective and procedure of each implementation stage,resulting in a basis for CSG realizing the assets lifecycle management.
