摘要 目前,广州供电局组织开展的"十二五"城市电网规划环评工作已处于最后的审批阶段。根据广州电网在规划环评工作中的先行先试经验,从规划环评的背景、评价目的与原则、主要技术措施、应用实例等方面,探讨环境敏感区域与叠图法相结合的城市电网规划环境影响评价方法。广州电网规划的实例验证了本文所提方法的有效性。 At present,Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau organized the"Twelfth-Five"city power grid planning EIA work has been in the final approval stage. In this article,according to the Guangzhou power grid in the planning EIA pilot experience,from the planning background,purpose and principles of evaluation,the main technical measures,as well as the application examples,discusses environmental impact evaluation method of the city power grid planning based on environmentally sensitive areas and the map overlap method. The pratice example in Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau proves the validity of the proposed method.
