校医工作中的心理治疗，主要是解释性心理治疗，学会倾听、支持、保证三原则的简易心理治疗手段，并将临床治疗与心理治疗有机地结合在一起，易于被学生接受，也易于建立良好的医患关系，从而提高临床工作质量。
