高原煤矿井巷高应力突释区管棚帷幕支护实践

摘要 为高原高海拔特定高应力围岩特征条件下的煤矿井巷安全掘进提供支护参考,基于现场管棚帷幕支护实践,介绍了井口标高+3850m青海江仓矿区娘姆特煤矿,在主斜井巷道掘砌过程中遭遇到围岩高应力突然释放,掘进工作面迎头20m范围内支架被全部压垮条件下,研究应用Φ89mm自进式管棚组成巷道帷幕,并辅助聚氨酯注射施工,实现超前预控强支护,安全掘进通过了高应力突释区。应用结果表明,管棚帷幕支护技术在应对巷道高应力突释区条件时具有较好效果。 This paper introduces that the high stress of surrounding rocks suddenly release in the process of excavating the main inclined shaft in Niangmute coal mine,which has an well head elevation of + 3850 m in Qinghai Jiangcang mine area,the heading supports were overwhelmed within the scope of 20 m,applied Φ 89 mm self- propelled pipe formed tunnel curtain,assisted polyurethane injection construction,and realized the advance strong support,safely drove through the high stress burst area. The results of application show that pipe- strut curtain support of roadway has better effect on dealing with the high stress and burst release area. And provided support reference for extracting in the high stress and burst release area of plateau mine.
