摘要
采用传统的临时支护施工工艺为"一掘一支",工序繁琐、工时占用时间长,严重制约掘进综合单进的提升。翟镇煤矿通过3年的努力成功探索出了一套不同条件下的掘进临时支护配套设备及支护技术,通过井下试验应用实现了临时支护技术规范化、主动化,促进掘进巷道施工自动化、机械化、高效化、本质安全化。
The construction technology of the traditional temporary support is " excavation in a cycle and support in another",the process is tedious,working time is long,severely restricts the increase of comprehensive advance per round Zhaizhen coal mine had explored a excavating temporary support equipment and supporting technology in different conditions for three years of effort,through the underground tests application has realized temporary support technology standardization,the initiative,and promote the automation of tunneling construction,mechanization,high efficiency,the essence of safety.
