摘要
陈蛮庄矿井3206工作面倾角大、煤层软、工作面内赋存褶曲构造,为全国首个此类条件综采面,主要工艺难题是支架下滑、歪架、煤矸滚落、煤机自重下滑、煤机下行割煤自行加速,易片帮和端面距过大以致面前顶板冒落,褶曲坡度变化段挤架、咬架和歪架,造成刮板输送机不平直、上漂等一系列问题。通过严谨的"三机配套"选型、合理的采煤工艺及严密的施工组织和科学管理,保证了同等条件下的稳产高产。
