摘要
某矿Ⅳ317工作面是复杂条件下的高突采煤工作面,由于该矿可采煤层为单一煤层不具备保护层开采条件,通过对瓦斯情况的不断探索和研究制定如下的瓦斯综合治理方法:机风巷上下顺层孔抽采、底抽巷穿层钻孔抽采、风巷高位钻孔抽采、上隅角插管抽采、风巷上帮硐室埋管抽采、临近采空区抽采、风巷下帮辅助钻孔抽采、高位钻场吊管抽采、钻场联络钻孔抽采等。采用该瓦斯综合治理方法后,采煤工作面回风流在0.37%,上隅角瓦斯在0.75%,确保了工作面安全高效回采。
Mine Ⅳ 317 face is high outburst coal face under complicated conditions,because mine single seam is a mining coal seam does not have protective layer a mining conditions,Through the Gas case continuing to explore and research formulated as follows Comprehensive Gas Control Method: machine roadway ventilation passage upper and lower cis layer hole pumping mining,bed plate tunnel perforating layer drilling pumping mining,ventilation passage highstand drilling pumping mining,upper corner intubation pumping mining,ventilation passage upper gang cave tube pumping mining,adjoining goaf pumping mining,ventilation passage lower cave auxiliary drilling pumping mining,high location drilling field hanging tube pumping mining,etc. After the adoption of Comprehensive Gas Control method,the coal face return air in 0. 37%,upper corner gas concentration 0. 75%,to ensure the safe and efficient stoping.
