文章介绍了一种新型黄泥、粉煤灰、风积沙制浆工艺,经过多方考察调研,总结煤矿使用经验开发出了一种新型黄泥、粉煤灰、风积沙制浆系统。该新型制浆系统工艺简单,制浆能力大,在传统的制浆系统的基础上进行了许多优化。能够很好的满足现代化大型矿井井下防灭火的要求,为今后煤矿制浆防灭火提供了良好支持。

This paper introduces a new pulping process of mud,fly ash,aeolian sand,After careful investigation,summarize mine experience,and develop a new type of mud,fly ash,sand preparation system. The new pulping system has the advantages of simple process,pulping capacity,and many optimization based on traditional pulping system,can be very good to meet the large modern mine fire prevention and extinguishing requirements,and provides a good support for fire prevention in future mining.
