摘要
为做好班组的安全管理工作,结合付村煤矿班组实际情况,采用层次分析法对班组安全管理的评价指标进行了确定与分析,计算得出了各指标权重,最终采用模糊综合评价进行班组安全管理评价,同时结合评价结果,提出了该煤矿班组安全管理的改进措施,从而进一步减少事故的发生。
In order to manage team as the basic unit of mine,Combined with the actual situation of the team in Fucun coal mine,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process to determine and analyze evaluation index of safety management,calculates each index weight,and ultimately determine the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. In the end,combined with the evaluation results,the paper proposes measures to improve coal mine safety management team.
