煤炭项目的社会稳定风险评估制度及防范措施初探

First exploration of Social stability risk assessment system and the prevention measures of coal projects

重大建设项目的社会风险是影响社会稳定的重要因素之一。本文结合煤炭项目的特点,梳理煤炭项目各阶段的风险要点,分析煤炭项目可能发生的主要潜在社会稳定风险,并对煤炭项目预防社会稳定风险提出必要的防范措施,进而避免煤炭项目社会风险的发生。

The social risk of major construction projects is one of the important factors affecting social stability. In this paper,combined with the characteristics of the coal project,listed the risk points in all phases of coal projects,analyzed the main potential social stability risk of coal projects that may occur,and gave the necessary preventive measures to prevent social stability risk of coal projects,and avoid social risks of coal projects.
