噪声对作业人员心血管系统的影响

Effect of noise on cardiovascular system of workers in high noise workplace

目的了解噪声对作业人员心血管系统的影响。方法选择某油田噪声作业人员1 211人为接触组,以该油田无噪声接触史的工作人员557人为对照组,对两组人员进行职业健康检查,包括纯音听力测试、血压测定和心电图检查,结合噪声监测资料对检查结果进行分析。结果接触组高血压、心电图异常的检出率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且高血压、心电图异常的检出率随接触噪声工龄的增长、接触噪声强度的提高而增高(均P<0.01);心电图异常主要为窦性心律不齐、窦性心动过缓、ST段、T波改变等。结论噪声对作业人员心血管系统有影响,且接触噪声工龄越长,强度越大,高血压、心电图异常的检出率越高。

[Objective]To understand the effect of noise on cardiovascular system of workers with exposure.[Methods]A total of1 211 noise-exposed workers from an oil field were recruited as exposed group,another 557 workers without noise exposure were selected as control group.The two groups of workers were given pure tone hearing test,blood pressure measurement and ECG.The test results were analyzed with noise monitoring data.[Results]The detection rates of hypertension and abnormal ECG of exposure group were significantly higher than those in control group（P 〈0.01）.The rates of high blood pressure,abnormal electrocardiogram increased with extending length and intensity of noise exposure（all P〈 0.01）.The main ECG abnormalities included sinus arrhythmia,sinus bradycardia,ST segment and T wave changes.[Conclusion]Noise has a certain effect on cardiovascular system of workers,and the longer and more intensity the exposure is,the higher rate of hypertension and abnormal electrocardiogram the workers have.
