军校学员职业承诺的特点及核心自我评价对职业承诺的影响 被引量:2

Characteristics of career commitment of military college students and the influence from core self-evaluation

摘要 目的研究军校学员职业承诺的特点及个体核心自我评价对职业承诺的影响。方法使用职业承诺问卷(CCQ)、核心自我评价量表(CSES)、状态焦虑问卷(S-AI)测查西安市某军校250名学员。结果军校学员职业承诺的情感承诺与规范承诺维度分数高于继续承诺维度;职业承诺总体呈现显著的年纪差异(F=11.55,P<0.01),大一、大四年级学员职业承诺水平较高,大二学员承诺水平较低;核心自我评价对继续维度有直接影响(β=-0.301,P<0.01),对情感承诺和规范承诺的影响完全由状态焦虑所中介。结论军校学员职业承诺水平与年级因素有关;核心自我评价对职业承诺3个维度有直接或间接影响。 [Objective]To investigate the characteristics of career commitment among military college students and the influence from core self-evaluation.[Methods]The Career Commitment Questionnaire(CCQ),Core Self-evaluation Scale(CSES) and State Anxiety Inventory(S-AI) were adopted to test 250 students in a military university of Xi'an City.[Results]Among three dimensions of career commitment,the scores of affective commitment and normative commitment of military college students were higher than continuance commitment.The overall career commitment showed a significant age difference(F =11.55,P 〈0.001).Freshman and senior students exhibited high-level career commitment whereas sophomores had lower level.Core self-evaluation had direct impact on continuance commitment(β=-0.301,P〈0.001).State anxiety intermediated the effect of core self-evaluation on affective commitment and normative commitment.[Conclusion]Career commitment level of military college students is associated with different grades.Core self-evaluation had direct and indirect influences on dimensions of career commitment.
